General Terms and Conditions – Daralfasaha Academy

1. No Refund Policy
   All registrations are final. Once the registration is confirmed and payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Punctuality and Attendance
   Students are required to strictly respect the scheduled class times. Unjustified absences and delays are not accepted.

3. Absence Policy
   Only one absence is permitted per session. A make-up lesson may be granted provided that the administration is informed at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Make-up Lessons تنظيم
   Authorized make-up lessons are scheduled at the end of the session. Once scheduled, they cannot be changed or rescheduled. If the student misses the make-up lesson, it will be considered forfeited and cannot be compensated again.

5. Schedule Modifications
   Once the course has started according to the agreed schedule between the student and the administration, no changes to the time or course structure will be allowed, except in exceptional cases approved by the administration depending on the teacher’s availability.

6. Teacher Delay
   In the event of a delay by the teacher, the lost time will be fully compensated at the end of the session.

7. Absence Notification
   Any absence must be reported to the administration at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Student Late Arrival
   If a student is more than 30 minutes late, they will not be allowed to join the class and will be marked as absent.

9. Communication with Administration
   For any issue or concern, students are required to contact the administration to ensure proper follow-up.

10. Session Cancellation
    If a student accumulates absences reaching half of the total number of lessons in a session, the session will be automatically canceled. To continue, the student must re-enroll in a new session from the beginning.

11. Guardian Presence (for children)
    For minor students, a parent or guardian must be present during the entire class.

12. Temporary Suspension of Lessons
    Students are allowed to suspend their lessons once per year for vacation purposes. Any additional suspension request will result in the cancellation of the remaining lessons, with no possibility of rescheduling or compensation.
